Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important Notice (Refund Policy)

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect ordering.

Refunds are strictly limited to cases where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or deficient upon arrival.

In such cases, we will issue a full refund once the issue has been confirmed after inspection.

Damaged, Defective, or Deficient Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or deficient.

After evaluation and confirmation, we will provide either:

  • A replacement, depending on availability and customer preference.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to contact us for support. If approved, an exchange may require returning the original item before a replacement is sent.

Processing Time

Approved refunds (for eligible defective/deficient items only) are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
